Refund and Returns Policy

Welcome to Forge Bali (https://www.forgebali.com/). We want to ensure you have an exceptional dining experience. Please read this Refund and Cancellation Policy carefully before purchasing our digital dining vouchers.

By purchasing a voucher on our website, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.

1. General Voucher Terms

  • All vouchers purchased on our website are issued digitally and will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

  • Vouchers are valid for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase, unless stated otherwise on the specific voucher.

  • Vouchers can only be redeemed at Forge Bali Jl. Petitenget Link. Uma Sari No.43C,  Bali 80361

  • Vouchers are non-exchangeable for cash, non-transferable (unless permitted), and cannot be combined with other ongoing promotions unless specified.

2. Refund Eligibility

As a general rule, all voucher sales are final, non-refundable, and non-extendable. However, a refund may be requested under the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Technical Errors: If you were charged multiple times for a single transaction due to a system glitch, or if your payment was successful but you did not receive the voucher within 24 hours (and our team cannot manually provision it).

  • Force Majeure / Venue Closure: In the rare event that Forge Bali is unable to fulfill the service due to unexpected venue closure, government mandates, or unexpected circumstances, we will provide a full refund or extend the voucher validity.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following scenarios:

  • Change of mind or accidental purchases.

  • Expired vouchers that were not redeemed within the validity period.

  • Partially used vouchers (no cash or credit refunds for unused balances on a single-use voucher).

  • Double redemption or lost/stolen voucher codes.

4. How to Request a Refund

If your situation meets the eligibility criteria in Section 2, you must submit a refund request within 7 days of the transaction date. Please email us at info@theforgebali.com with the subject line: “Refund Request – [Your Order ID]” and include the following details:

  1. Full Name

  2. Registered Email Address & Phone Number

  3. Proof of Payment / Transaction ID

  4. Reason for the refund request (with screenshots of technical errors, if applicable)

5. Refund Processing Time

Once your refund request is received and verified, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment used during purchase.

  • Depending on your payment gateway and bank, credit card refunds may take 7 to 14 business days, while E-wallet or Bank Transfers may take 2 to 5 business days to reflect in your account.

  • Note: Any administrative or payment gateway transaction fees incurred during the initial purchase may be non-refundable, subject to the payment gateway’s policy.
